Ingredients:
-1 pound ground beef
-1 onion, chopped
-1 bell pepper, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-28 ounce can of diced tomatoes
-1 tablespoon sugar
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-Salt and pepper to taste
-8 lasagna noodles (dry or fresh)
-3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until browned.
